How to Unblock Email Addresses in Outlook

Unblocking in New Outlook. 
This is only for emails or domains you have personally blocked. If the email or domain was blocked by the company as a whole, this process will not work.  You will have to reach out to IT to get it unblocked by our firewall.   
Open up new Outlook
1. Click on the File tab.
2. Then go down to Settings.
3. Next, navigate to the Mail tab. 
4. Then go down to the Junk Email section.
5. Scroll down to the Senders section and click on Block senders and domains.
6. Lastly, find the email address that was blocked and click on the trash can to unblock the sender. 


Unblocking in Classic Outlook. 

Open up Classic Outlook
1. Click on the Home tab.
2. Next, click on the ellipsis. 
3. Then, go down and hover over the Block > 
4. Next, Click on Junk E-mail Options...
5. Now the Junk Email Options will open up in that new window; go to the Blocked Senders Tab
6. Find the email address that you want to unblock and click Remove, and that will unblock the email.
